At the initiative of Sergey Ladochkin, a member of the Moscow Civic Chamber, president of the Association of SO-called NGOs and one of the leaders of the BRICS+ Houses project, an important visit by representatives of the diplomatic corps of African states took place at the capital's school No. 1409.

The delegation, which included cultural attaches, ambassadors and representatives of the Embassies of Angola, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Namibia, Sierra Leone, Central African Republic, Ethiopia, got acquainted with the teaching methods, infrastructure and cultural program of the school. The guests paid special attention to the issues of spiritual and moral education, the role of patriotic education and the involvement of young people in international projects.

During the visit, a sightseeing tour of the school was conducted, creative performances by students and presentations of educational initiatives aimed at strengthening humanitarian ties with African countries were presented.

Sergey Ladochkin noted that such events are becoming an important part of public diplomacy.:

"We strive to create living bridges between nations through culture, education and personal communication. School is a starting point where an image of the future and mutual respect between countries is formed."

The event was held in a warm and inspiring atmosphere and became part of the broader strategy of the BRICS+ House to promote dialogue and international cooperation at all levels — from school to diplomatic.
