Vladimir Li Palanchika Awarded Cambodia's Highest State Decoration

Vladimir Li Palanchika, President of the Representation of the International Public-Business Center "BRICS House" in the Kingdom of Cambodia, has been honored with the highest state order and honorary diploma of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The prestigious award was signed by His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia. It is bestowed for outstanding merits to the country, significant contributions to the development of cultural, social, and humanitarian projects aimed at improving the well-being of the Cambodian population, as well as for strengthening the state's international prestige.

Special recognition was given to Vladimir Li Palanchika's role in establishing and opening the representation of the International Public-Business Center "BRICS House" in the Kingdom of Cambodia. This event marked a significant milestone in strengthening the diplomatic and friendly relations between Russia and Cambodia, which celebrate their 70th anniversary this year.

The successful work in Cambodia has become an integral part of the organization's overall strategy for expanding its international presence, implemented under the leadership of the President of the International Public-Business Center "BRICS House," Sergey Ladochkin. This high state recognition of the representation's activities confirms the effectiveness of the chosen course towards broadening humanitarian and business partnerships with Southeast Asian countries, a priority for the International Public-Business Center.

Commenting on the award, Vladimir Li Palanchika stated that this recognition only strengthens his commitment to continue active work on new projects for the International Public-Business Center "BRICS House" across all spheres of the organization's activities.

Special acknowledgement is also due to Ms. Khek Khemarath for her invaluable contribution and consistent support of the initiatives of the International Public-Business Center "BRICS House." Ms. Khek Khemarath is a high-ranking member of the ruling party, President of the major media holding Blue Media, and Vice-President of "BRICS House" in Cambodia. Her active involvement enables the organization to effectively implement ambitious projects for the benefit of both nations.
